Meet Frank and Sherri, the powerhouse duo behind Kate’s House Kate's House Foundation! (www.kateshousefoundation.org) Not only do they own a large real estate portfolio single family homes in Seattle, but they've also created a groundbreaking shared housing program that's sweeping the nation. ✨
Currently housing over 60 people, including disabled vets, individuals in recovery, and those facing mental health challenges, they’re on a mission to revolutionize recovery housing across the U.S. They oversee their foundation and are increasing awareness by tapping into new resources to help solve this massive problem of housing the neediest people in the US.
Frank is a real estate broker, and Sherri Candelario is a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Washington Medical School. They used their corporate savvy to create a sustainable business model that serves people. They purchase single family homes and created a compassionate model of shared housing. They call this housing with purpose.
They teach their model to others and it is sweeping the nation. The only way to house and help people is for people to learn how to own single-family homes and tap into government funding and the rules that support people in recovery.
Through their education programs, they've empowered students to open hundreds of homes nationwide, providing life-changing support while also generating strong financial returns.
